Before you submit
- Check that names, dates, and links are correct.
- Use a short, descriptive title.
- Add enough context for someone new to understand the item.
- Make sure you have permission to share any photo or personal information.
- Use respectful language and avoid harmful or misleading claims.
Good contribution habits
- Give credit to the original person or organisation when possible.
- Keep files and images clear and readable.
- Mention whether something is ongoing, open now, or already closed.
- Include a real contact method if people may need to follow up.
Updating the documentation itself
If you are changing the site’s help guides, technical reference, or docs navigation, use the dedicated maintainer workflow instead of the public submission routes.
