Using this website
Dzaleka Online Services is a community-run website. Its main navigation can be used with a keyboard. A “Skip to main content” link appears when you first press Tab, and forms have labels for their fields.
You can use your browser’s zoom and text-size settings. The main layouts adapt to small screens. Some tables and maps need horizontal movement.

- Newcomer essentials is available in English, French, Swahili and Chichewa, with offline downloads and a print option.

Current limitations
We have not completed an independent accessibility audit of the whole website and do not claim full WCAG conformance.
Older articles, images and documents may have gaps in their text alternatives or structure. External maps, embedded media, application forms and documents are provided by other organisations, and their accessibility varies. Most pages are still in English.
If you cannot use the interactive map, try the service directory or site register for locations and contact details in text.
Report a problem or request another format
Email dzalekaconnect@gmail.com or use the contact page. Include the page address, what you were trying to do and the format you need. You can mention your browser or assistive technology if it helps explain the problem.
Do not send medical records, identity documents or other private information. The page feedback form can also be used to report a general accessibility problem.
