Have your organization’s contact details and a description of its services ready. Entries are reviewed before publication.

Explain what your organization does and who it supports.

JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 2 MB. A square image works best.

Use the email address and phone number people should use to contact your service.

Include the country code, for example +265.

Include the support available, who can use it and how to access it.

State the fees, or say free only if this is confirmed.

List any required documents. Say none if no documents are needed.

Explain whether people can walk in, need an appointment or need a referral.

List the languages your team can provide the service in, separated by commas.

Describe available access arrangements, such as step-free entry or communication support.
