1. Open List your profile.
2. Add your skill area, experience, and availability.
3. Include contact details people can actually use.
4. Submit the form for review.

If you want to learn something

1. Browse Skills offered or use the main Skills Exchange page.
2. If you cannot find the right person, use Request a skill.
3. Explain what you are looking for and how people can reach you.

If you already have a profile

Use Update profile when your availability, contact details, or service information changes.

Good practice

• Be clear about what you can teach or what help you need.
• Keep rates or payment expectations transparent if they apply.
• Use respectful language and realistic availability.
• Share only the contact details you are comfortable publishing.
