About Dzaleka Life Gardens
Dzaleka Life Gardens is a sustainable agricultural project within Dzaleka Refugee Camp in Malawi, aimed at empowering refugees through gardening. It provides refugees with the means to grow their own food, diversifying their diets and improving their livelihoods, particularly in the face of dwindling food rations. The project was established in 2023 by IAFR-Canada in partnership with Thrive for Good.
Our Mission
We are growing nutritious and disease fighting food by practicing:
