A community directory
Dzaleka Online Services brings together information about organisations and services. The organisations listed run their own services. A listing does not guarantee availability or eligibility.
Access information
Some listings include who can use a service, costs, required documents, appointments, languages and access arrangements. These details appear when they have been supplied. A missing field does not mean that a service is free, requires no documents or offers a particular language.
Updated and confirmed mean different things
Listing updated records an edit to the listing. It is not a check by the provider.
Provider confirmation records who confirmed the details and when. A source link appears where one is available. Confirmations more than 180 days old are labelled so readers can see that the information may have changed.
If no provider confirmation date is recorded, the page says so. Older “verified” labels alone do not count as a dated confirmation.
Send a correction
Use the service update form to provide corrected details and a source where possible. Updates are submitted for review. To add an organisation, use service registration.
