📞 National Toll-Free Numbers

These numbers are free to call from any Malawian SIM card (Airtel or TNM). They are your first line of defense.

  • 5600 (Tithandizane): The primary line for Gender-Based Violence (GBV), child marriage, and human trafficking.
  • 116 (Child Protection): Specifically for reporting abuse or exploitation of children.
  • 393 (Youth): A confidential space for young people to discuss relationships and sexual health.
