Convention on the Political Rights of Women (1953)
This Convention recognizes and protects the equal political rights of women, including the right to vote and hold public office. Malawi acceded in 1966.
ILO Convention C045 - Underground Work (Women) Convention, 1935
This ILO Convention prohibits the employment of women in underground work in mines of all kinds. Malawi ratified in 1965.
