Dzaleka Online Services lists products but does not fulfil orders. Pickup, delivery areas, charges, and timing are set by each vendor.
Common fulfilment options
- Local pickup inside Dzaleka or at an agreed meeting point.
- Vendor delivery within the camp or nearby host community areas.
- External courier or shop dispatch where the vendor already has that arrangement.
Before you order
- Confirm whether delivery is available for your area.
- Confirm the delivery charge, timing, and payment method before sending money.
- For external products, use the delivery policy shown on the seller's website.
- Use the vendor’s listed phone, WhatsApp, or email if you need clarification.
