What this form cannot do

The volunteer editorial team cannot research private family histories, identify or value artefacts, or provide legal, medical, protection, or emergency casework.

Corrections and additions

A correction changes an inaccurate fact and must be supported by evidence. New context and proposed entries are reviewed as additions, not treated as corrections.

Privacy and safety

Do not include private case details, identity documents, medical records, or information that could put someone at risk. Use the appropriate protection or emergency channel for urgent cases.

We aim to acknowledge useful submissions, but volunteer capacity means we cannot promise individual research or an immediate response.
