About Parent Association of Children with Disabilities

The Parents Association of Children living with Disabilities under 18 years old -PACD has been created in April 2015. Mission To mitigate the facing troubles of children living with disabilities and their parents to ensure they meet a human inclusion for an adequate social lifestyle. Vision To reanimate the concealed potentiality of children living with disabilities to make sure children with handicaps or in social weakness can decide what they will do in future according to their own capabilities to reach the autonomy. Objectives. To promote a special need education for children living with disabilities, To protect and guarantying the social life of children living with disabilities and their parents, To protect, advocate and defend the rights of children living with disabilities by preventing neglect, abuse and exploitation through the early intervention of the local support, To mobilize the community to be aware of the rights of children living with disabilities, To empower the parents with knowledge and equipment for their self-reliance, To contribute on the socio-economy conditions of parents with children living with disabilities, To strengthen the skill capacity of associated members, volunteers and parents with children living with disabilities.
