About Dzaleka Arts Lab

‘Dzaleka Arts Lab’(DAL) is a creative community based in Dzaleka Refugee Camp, Malawi. We create physical and digital works as individual and collective pieces. Our mission is to connect our art, music and stories with the rest of the world.

ARTEFACTS

Working mainly with textiles to create unique 1/1 pieces that tell our individual and collective stories.

NARRATIVES

From music and photography to music videos and short documentaries.

DIGITAL ART

Collaborations with blockchain art projects, generative AI models and digital storytelling.
