She learned crafts in Dzaleka in 2010, and earns a living out of it in spite of a few challenges.

Xavera is one of the visual artists participating in the Dzaleka Art Project, which supports and promotes artistic expression within the refugee camp community.

As a member of this vibrant artistic community, Xavera contributes to the rich cultural landscape of Dzaleka through traditional crafts and artisanal work.
